of every April, the
American Heart Association
encourages everyone to
get out and WALK!

“See the world for your health!”

How can you “observe”
this little holiday?

Take a 30 minute walk!

USA Today posted this little
article about great hikes in
national parks …

Even the National Daily Calendar
got in on this and provided these
6 tips for making a 30-minute walk
more enjoyable – so you’ll want to
do it even more! ^_^

1. Wear comfortable shoes

2. Take a friend to pass the time

3. Make sure to stretch those muscles

4. Drink plenty of water!

5. Move your arms while you walk!

6. Make sure you have good posture
