6 tips for making a 30-minute walk
more enjoyable – so you’ll want to
do it even more! ^_^
1. Wear comfortable shoes
2. Take a friend to pass the time
3. Make sure to stretch those muscles
4. Drink plenty of water!
5. Move your arms while you walk!
6. Make sure you have good posture
