What Are You Judged By?

Sound familiar?

“Never judge a book by
it’s cover …”

I’m sure that all around the world,
there is a phrase that means the
same thing, in any language.

Stop being so judgmental.

Not just of other people,
but also of yourself.

And how you treat yourself,
whether good or bad,
will illuminate something in your reality.

What could that be?

That your reality is a reflection
of your inner self.

So if your reality is a
reflection of your inner self,
then how you treat others is really
a reflection of how you treat yourself.

Having a rough day?
Did yelling at that guy who
cut you off make you
feel better, or worse?

So although I believe this quote
to be a universal truth …

… I also do not care
what people think of me.

I am winning my own race!

I am not racing against anyone else
but yesterday’s version of me.

My levels of success are
only limited by myself!
I will not allow someone else’s beliefs
to dictate how I live my life …

Find someone who has what you want
and simply do what they tell you to do.

That’s the easiest path to success!

But above all else?

My heart comes from a place of love,
regardless of one’s origins.
So everything I do is because I care.
I want you to succeed!

And I know that you were Born To Win!

But anything I tell you,
or even try to simply share with you,
is worthless unless you
believe that you can do it, too.

(even when you have 1 tooth)
We as humans have an automatic
attraction to people who smile.

(2) Smiling is contagious!
People will want to be around you,
because it makes them feel good.

(3) Relieves stress!
Smiling can help us look better,
less tired, and seem less worn down.

(4) Boosts your immune system!
When you smile, it stimulates your
immune response which helps
you to relax.

(5) Lowers Blood Pressure

(6) Releases Endorphins & Serotonin
Endorphins are natural pain relievers
& serotonin helps you feel good!

(7) Cortisol (stress hormone) is reduced!

(8) Laughing promotes homeostasis.

(9) A good laugh can effectively assist
in releasing emotions.

(10) Smiling people indicate confidence

(11) Your brain doesn’t know the difference
between a fake smile and a real one.

Do You Block Productive Energy?

Have you ever felt just… blah?

Ever wanted to get things done,
but just “don’t feel like it”?

Sounds like you’re actually
blocking the amazing, productive
energy that is trying to get out!

It’s called apathy – and it means
you need to start looking for
what you are PASSIONATE about!

But why be apathetic?

If you have something you want
(or even need) to do, why do you
allow yourself to not complete it?

Not only that, but you need
to consider the Law of Attraction!

Apathetic with one thing?
Dragging your feet?
You’ll see this in all facets of life.

Now, I went through a productivity rut
recently myself … and then I received
the Five Minute Journal!

This thing is amazing, and it’s really
allowed me to notice several new things.
One of which is that not only do I
simply FEEL more productive,
I’m actually BEING more productive!

The energy is there to WANT to get it done.
The desire to complete my tasks is there.

I have begun to add to my productive energy,
which in turn creates a positive feedback loop!

Why is that?

Because energy productivity is defined
as the ratio of output divided by energy consumption.

How does that scientific mumbo jumbo
correlate with you and achieving your goals?

Again – it’s all about the law of attraction.
The more energy you put out,
and the more actions you take,
the more you get back!
And when you accomplish the tasks
you have set out to complete,
you continue to increase your energy
because it makes you feel good when
you achieve your goals!

Yes, productive energy does flow
in me and outside of myself, as evident in
my quickly growing list of accomplishments.

And I love that it’s growing!

How does this have anything to do
with you and your ability to accomplish
your goals? — EVERYTHING!

If I can do it, you can do it!

We were all born to win, but
we were programmed to lose.
That includes programming us to
block our productive energy.

But you can unleash this!
(And with little steps, too.)

Never Underestimate the Power of You

Did you know that everything
that has ever been created
was all at point in history …

… a dream?

That’s right! Modern technology,
modern medicine, vehicles, planes,
and even books!

Everything at one time was
once someone’s dream.

A vision sparked in the soul
of someone with enough
strength and guts to make
their dreams a reality!

This quote by Wilma Rudolph
so elegantly brings about the point
I wanted to share with you today.

Dreams are powerful!

They can cause people to
jump out of their bed every
morning, eager to accomplish
their heart’s wishes …

And it can cause others to simply
curl up and try to shrink
away from the world.

But since dreams are so powerful,
why would you want that incredible
energy to go to waste?

We all dream our own dreams.
And within each of our dreams lies
what equates to potential.

Because here’s the thing …

I don’t believe in accidents.
I don’t believe in coincidences.

It is NO ACCIDENT that you
are still alive today!

There is something that you
were meant to do, and
only you can do it!

When you’re given that spark
of inspiration, that hope,
that dream …

It’s because you were created
with the ability and intelligence
to achieve that which you desire.

But how strong is your spirit?

Are you willing to overcome
any obstacle that you will face
on this path toward achieving
your dreams?

Are you willing to make sacrifices in order
to have something you’ve never had?

Remember – if you want something
you’ve never had, you must do
something you’ve never done.

And just because you TRIED something
and it didn’t work does not mean
that everything you do will fail.

It also means that you need
to find a mentor – in whatever capacity
necessary, because mentors are important
people to help you steer the course
and avoid trepid waters.

A mentor is someone who has
what you already want and that you
will listen to when they tell you that
you’re off course, or even WRONG!

“Find someone who has what you
want and do what they do.”

If you want something you’ve never had,
you have to be willing to listen to and take
direction from those who have it.

Surround yourself with
like-minded people.

Surround yourself with people
who will lift you up instead of
bring you down.

Life is too short to allow your dreams to fade …
To allow your potential to go to waste …

Potential for greatness lives inside you.

You were born to win my friend,
but your environment programmed
you to fail … Let’s change that!

Refuse To Allow Others To Create You

Do you allow for others to make
your decisions for you?

In my day job, I am in a
position wherein I have to
make decisions all the time.
And most successful people are
expected to constantly make
decisions in everything that they do.

But sometimes? Those decisions
can be made by others, like:
What should we eat?
Where should we go out?

Sounds familiar, right?

Well, while there are some decisions
I let other people make, there
is one decision I never allow
anyone to make for me …

And that is the decision of
how I will live my life and who
I will become!

You have the ability and the power
to achieve untold wealth in life.

I believe that you were Born To Win
but programmed to lose …

And while there are many ways
to revert back to the mindset
of being born to win,
the only true way to achieve success
is to follow this quote!

You must completely, radically,
and emphatically have a deep-seated
refusal to accept that who you are
is what other people see.

Most people are average.

Most people do not see nor
understand what you are capable of.

No one has the ability to determine
who you will be in life nor
what levels of success you will achieve.

The only person who has that?

Is you.

Don’t fool yourself into believing
that the opinions of others
has any real bearing on your life.

You are the master of your own fate.

Remember that.

Then go forth and prosper!
