In my (albeit short) time as an entrepreneur, I found that the subject matter of this 3rd post of 6 myth buster vids is a topic that is one of the biggest reasons network marketing gets a bad rap.
Marketing is something EVERYONE does, but not everyone gets paid for it. And it’s usually because people don’t understand it, and/or have negative and usually misguided impressions about it. So here’s to breaking those walls!

Please note that there ARE SOME differences between network marketing & affiliate marketing, which I’ll get in to in a different post.

Myth #4:
Eventually the Market Will Get Saturated
As I mentioned in my vid, every year new people are born. As of 12/22/2014 at 0918 (9:18am) and some number of seconds, there have been 147,822 births JUST TODAY and over 135 million births this year, as per Worldometers. (However reputable that site is … which is most likely based on algorithms.) And if this is true, then if we take this number and assume no deaths and the same number of births each year, you have over 147,000 people turning 18 every year and another 147K people turning 18 the year after, and the year after that, and the year after that… I think you get the picture. 😉
Therefore, saturation is impossible — there is never a finite number of people.
Here is the Wikipedia site I referred to in the video. I’m not sure how accurate it is, so you should definitely check with a Mary Kay representative.

O this was a good one. I had a change of thought about this when I would talk to people in my sphere of influence and no one heard about what I do. That was an eye opener.

Yes – it’s incredible the beliefs people create when they don’t understand something and are so set that they don’t ask questions! Glad your eyes have been opened though, Tanya! 🙂
