healthy BBQ shredded chicken
crockpot recipe, as well as a
5 minute lower ab workout!

Here were the ingredients for
her recipe as shown in the video:
Stevia (she used
Krisda Monk Fruit Sweetener
a 0 calorie natural sweetner)
family or club size pack
of chicken breasts
slow cooker
ketchup
For The Sauce
1 cup ketchup into slow cooker
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 1/2 tbalespoons of liquid aminos
natural soy alternative
(her initial substitute for Worcestershire)
1/2 tablespoon tabasco or hot sauce
10 drops lemon juice
or 1/2 to 1 tablespoon
(had to use lime in video)
1 tablespoon mustard
1-2 tablespoons garlic powder
Mix the ingredients thoroughly!
4-6 tablespoons stevia
(add sweetener to taste)
Campbell’s no salt added chicken broth
(usually President’s Choice)
Mix ingredients!
Put raw chicken breasts
(skinless, boneless)
into the crockpot
and press them down
for even distribution
with the sauce.
Ensure all of the tops are covered!
LOW heat: 6+ hours
HIGH heat: 4-5 hours
Once done, turn off, unplug,
take lid off for 20 minutes
then split into 4 tupperware
to store in fridge & freeze.
(Or eat.)
She waits to put into tupperware
since it may warp with
higher temperatures.
