Repetition is the mother of all skill. Why? Two things:
1 – You’re creating muscle memory
2 – You’re creating new synapses in your brain
Your brain is an incredible tool. The more you implement what you learn, the more it becomes integrated and the faster you will be at your skill.
If you want to achieve success in anything, you will go through these 4 stages of consciousness – and it will take time! But remember – it’s your race!
