I don’t know about you, but I am a person whose passion is to empower others to create success. It drives me in most things I wish to accomplish. (Which is why I have a day job, a business, learning forex, etc.) But sometimes the amount of things I have to do (especially when you add in general LIFE needs) can be overwhelming.
But the best way to not be overwhelmed? Is to create a plan and work it. Be consistent. Do daily reviews for yourself – including journaling. It really can make all the difference.
In this video below, I share 3 ways to save your sanity during busy weeks. I cannot begin to tell you how much having a system and being consistent has kept me on track and able to fight off the feelings of overwhelm.
