I had only logged on to YouTube to see what messages may have been waiting for me when I saw the below video in my suggested vids to watch list.
You think maybe YouTube is trying to tell me something?
Since it was only 3 minutes I watched it and man! This looks like it would definitely be something quick that people can do to get at least some kind of workout in.
