The Energy Tapping “recipe” is something like this:
Karate Chop – repeat 3 times:
Even though I have this ____________ (i.e. upset / anxiety / sadness / worry, etc), I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Top of the head to underarm points:
This ___________ (i.e. upset / anxiety / sadness / worry, etc)
Keep tapping on the points from the top of the head to the underarm until you feel better or the feeling is resolved.
Then, repeat a positive suggestion as you tap on the points. For example:
This better feeling
or
This feeling of relief
or
I’m choosing to feel better, etc
